• Salary: 6,000 SAR
•Customer assistance, information and management in Stations
• Customer queries and claims management regarding:
o Schedules and prices. o Types of trains/Cabin. o Fare conditions. o Services on board the trains. o Services in the stations. o After-sales conditions.
• Customer flows and access control management and supervision. •
Incident Management in Stations. •
Station Passenger assistance systems operation: PAS, PIS, AFC; etc.
• General customer service administration duties.
• At the sale ticket stands are made the operations of sales, changes and cancellations of transport tickets, by the Station Commercial Operator in a face-to-face manner with the customer.
Preferred Candidate: • Minimum: High school - Technical or technological preferable. • English language. • 20 to 30 years old.
